wow , just wow.

what they are saying is, that they are fresh out of ideas on making good lotto games. but they are opening up their API for creative people to develop a better game.

the better games will then be on the open market for state lottery orgs to chose from and offer to their costomers.

its not so much i want to play some lotto, ill go to app store and see what games are on offer.

i like the idea because we all here think we can dream a better lotto game
