			<description><![CDATA[<p>NYC is a tourist city and I wouldn&#x27;t be surprised if many of those tickets were bought by people who<br /><br />were visiting the Statue of Liberty or other tourist attraction places and went back to Tulsa or Akron<br /><br />and totally forgot about their lottery tickets. I think I am too careful to miss a winning ticket.</p>]]></description>
