Mass can be the model, I am sure there are many pros and cons, would like to see it go into effect and get feedback from players and lottery officials.

I am not against internet lottery and internet lottery sales... This will make lottery gaming much easier...only, people should be made aware of how these things happen...

I just held out my right arm in front of the lamp shining on the wall,

hahaha thats an astute observation haymaker.

Anyways the lotteries have been changing so fast in the last few years, it scary. I hope to win soon before

even more changes so I can get out and watch from the sidelines like Jack Nicholson at a Lakers game

Massachusetts State Treasurer Steven Grossman is gearing up to ask state lawmakers for permission to create and test what he hopes will be a first wave of Internet lottery games in Massachusetts.

Grossman said Tuesday that he plans to ask the Legislature to eliminate existing barriers in state law that prevent the lottery from selling tickets and other games online or accepting credit cards as a form of payment.
