When you say that they are selling the lottery , are you aware that they are NOT selling the lottery?

They are talking about hiring a company to run it for them, not sell it. The state will still get all the proceeds, but instead of paying government employees to run it, they will pay a private company, which supposedly can run it cheaper than government employees could.

Corbin needs the kickback money for his defense of the Sandusky case the Atty Gen is going after his b*tt for. What about the BILLIONS of dollars that goes to the Senior Citizen's programs??? They said it won't be affected, but the PROFITS is what runs the programs, and the new management will want those profits for their share holders?

A clue that government officials do NOT want to stop government waste is when they use government waste as an excuse to do something. You can be sure it is the union pressure not government waste, and certainly not Keno that has this person all suddenly concerned.

As more details emerge about the contract for private management of the Pennsylvania Lottery, the state treasurer says he's more concerned, not less, about the legality of the contract.

State Treasurer Rob McCord has previously indicated he'll use his authority to withhold payments to the private Lottery manager if he deems it necessary. And he says he's not heard anything to put his mind at ease.
