Kane iis not the evil one here. The evil one turned his back on the child molestation cases while he was in office and had the power to put Sandusky in prison. That was a hard job to do while sitting on the board of Penn State. It's NOT politics between these two it is safe guarding the citizens of Pa from a low life crook

In michigan keno takes in less than 1% of total sales, anyone know what their state does? I'll have to check what club keno does in sales.

Camelot has been successfully running the UK National Lottery for many years, and they have a lot of smart people working for them. I would tend to trust their estimates and expertise.

Why not let some Harvard business grad students do it for half of what the Brit's would charge.

For bonuses, all they would require would be a few cases of beer and some decent weed.

Returns $50M security payment to British firm

The Corbett administration on Tuesday cited the potential for a prolonged appeal of the attorney general's rejection of a Pennsylvania Lottery management contract as it returned a $50 million security payment to a British company.

Revenue Secretary Dan Meuser said the money was returned to Camelot Global Services because the administration does not expect to execute a private management agreement in the near future.
