For sure it will generate more players since it's more convenient to bet online. However I wonder why is there a need to be physically present in the state? Is there a difference if you are a resident or non-resident of the state

Are you serious? They were paying 900 to 1? I never much trusted online gambling but with that kind of payout I could see myself pouring in a few bux.

Don't see this helping much unless non residents can play. AC relies on tourism. Theres a bunch of casinos so i wonder if they'll all be competing.

When the states start allowing lottery players to buy tickets online, will the payouts be the same as the offshore online payouts? IE, 900 to 1, instead of the 500 to 1 retail for Pick 3
