This is such an inspiring story. It's wonderful to read stories about good people who share their blessing to people who are in need. The group didn't win millions but they manage to extend their hand and help their co-employee who is in trouble. I salute you guys. I hope you can inspire more people to do the same.

this is a nice story but it makes me ill. but for a little lousy money, life saving medical treatment is denied. workers don't have medical insurance nor vacation pay. thery are going without food and medicine. people who sit on their butts get everything for nothing and eat great. what is wrong with this picture? there is no justice for working people. happy tax day and congrats on the win.

Actually, it was a realty. So, it was real estate agents, unlicensed office clerks, sign runners, etc. who won.

I wonder if they would have done the same if it meant giving $78,000. instead of $450.

If they had the correct number for the fifth ball, that would have been five numbers PLUS the powerball, which would mean they won the Jackpot, not a million dollars. Correct

The food services team at Ardrey Kell High School traded messages of celebration on March 24, after learning they had a $10,000 winning ticket in the previous night's Powerball drawing.
