I disagree. The scratch-ifs present better odds of winning compared to jackpot games. With scratch-ifs, it really is a case of being in the right place at the right time AND buying the right ticket whereas winning jackpot games is about having those few matching 6 numbers, which is a much taller proposition. I imagine those lottery pools that term themselves lucky when they win second or third tier prize perhaps feel like they are a shoe-in to win soon, and I have yet to see that happen. Why I t... I perfectly understand why he wins so much . Its because he plays so much and also losses so much but for now he is ahead of the game so my recommendation keep playing lol maybe you win the $2,000,000 top price too. Melvyn Wilson might be running out of room for all the big Virginia Lottery ceremonial checks he's received. Back in 2005 he won prizes of $1 million and $500,000 in Virginia Lottery Scratcher games. In 2004 he won a $25,000 prize.

Now the Woodbridge man has done it again.

He scratched to win $500,000 in the Virginia Lottery's Millionaire Mania game. He bought the winning ticket at Handy Dandy Market, 13316 Occoquan Road in Woodbridge.
