			<description><![CDATA[<p>They need to study if having monitor games will boost their revenue. I guess survey will do to make sure that players will like to have this kind of games or not, besides aside for revenue players should be satisfied too. Having a lot of scholars they need more funds to finance those students and this might be a good way to increase they sales.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>No, I think you read that right.<br /><br />Like in CA, unclaimed prizes go straight to the state funding, not back in the prize pool. Similar things happen in scratch games, lots of prizes thrown away unclaimed. And then they get a bonus when they exceed their funding targets. Funny how that works...</p>]]></description>
