			<description><![CDATA[<p>I hope the board will address different concerns as well as the pros and cons about the lottery. I&#x27;m glad they will be there to review laws. I wonder what&#x27;s their stand with regards to online lottery? It&#x27;s actually good however the access is so easy that even young children might be able to have access on it.</p>]]></description>

He said members won&#x27;t begin working on fundamental questions such as when tickets will go on sale until they start meeting.<br /><br />congrats wyoming you have the lottery but we do not want to sell you guys tickets. we do not know when we will sell them. i will still go out of state or my lottery tickets.</p>]]></description>
