By the way, regarding the gated community posts, this type of community is extremely common in Florida. I can't imagine being that wealthy and living in Jacksonville without a security guard at the gate and roving patrols. The shock an stigma still persists though with the family, depending on how the family doctor explains it to them. SOME DOCTORS JUST DONT CARE-IRONIC CONSIDERING........... Glen Kernan Country Club in Jacksonville where the home is at is a couple of miles from where I live. It is upscale, but not the most expensive area to live around here. Location wise, it is nice because the beaches are just a few miles to the east and downtown is a few miles the other way. Shopping and restaurants at The St. Johns Town Center, a relatively new and huge outdoor shopping complex, is only a couple of miles away. The University of North Florida is also only a mile or two away.
