The winner is indeed to lucky to win this huge jackpot prize alone. I wonder if the winner already came forward to claim the prize? I agree, I hope he was able to sign the back of the ticket and seek legal advice first before claiming the prize.

I NEVER said CA won Powerball, I'm aware that they haven't won PB yet. I'm talking in general with big lotteries, these states are the main ones that are always winning.

And I do play before these jackpots get big, but I'm going to start to cut back because I've looked at this years pile of tickets and I've probably spent around $1400+ worth of tickets so far and won less than $200 in return. the whole thing is rigged .. 1st by doing background check .We live in a digital world people . via digital store security cameras are hacked by Govt.. Colorado Springs CO ... California's share of ticket sales is actually smaller when the jackpots are larger. In the last $400M drawing, NY actually sold more tickets than CA. People in my state are complaining all the time that such-and-such states always win (we've only had 1 Powerball winner), but it seems that way because those states contribute a higher proportion of ticket sales. CA has never won a powerball yet they just got the game. I thought for sure last 2 big JP would have been going to CA.

Also I hate when people who don't play before the JP get's big then buys a ticket when it get's big BAM they win. Yet regular players get nothing. So frustrating. Also seems like most winners already have money don't need it.

It's on the form itself, the key is with SC that if someone does a Freedom of Information Act Request the names will still be released. It happened in the past. But you can claim anon and you can deny to take part in the media events, ect

But if the press really want to know they will find out.

the miser in washington state bought 2 top of line bicycles, but that was all he bought with his 80 million cash for 3 years. ok to buy a bicycle along with other stuff that you need or want. i'm sure that this anonoymous s.c. winner will make sure it doesn't end up with the state just because he may expire soon. there would be someone he/she could will it to before the state ends up with it.
