			<description><![CDATA[<p>Before they make any decisions, they should remember their purpose of having the lottery in the first place. If the privitization will add burden to their people I think they have to reconsider. They might be after for the increase revenue however if the people don&#x27;t agree with them they might lose revenue instead of increasing it.</p>]]></description>
