An annuity increase of $33 million? Sounds like the people in charge aren't expecting a frenzy quite yet. If it rolls again (and it probably will), maybe we'll at least see a decent jump since they'll be advertising a jackpot that starts with a 3.

Honestly I have never heard of bearer INSTRAMENT , but I have heard of bearer instrument. From your all day yapping, I take it that bearer INSTRAMENT stands for when a clerk lies to a customer, that a winning ticket is a losing ticket, puts it in his back pocket{TRASH according to you}, collects the payments later, and claims that he has a constitutional right, to keep the money. In my neck of the woods, they call it stealing.

....BEARER INSTRUMENT = VERY GOOD

....BEARER INSTRAMENT = VERY

But these basic stats are not the whole story. Scratch games are different from all other lotto/draw games. They do not follow the same rules of probability and randomness that you would expect.

All I ever wanted, is to win the MM 5+0 2nd prize every draw, or at least once every month. I will gladly let you all win the jackpots with my blessings. I always buy my tickets with the megaplier and that gives me $2-5M per draw, for at least once a month. That way, I can still live a very sweet life, while still flying under the radar. Whether the jackpot is $12M or $1 billy, actually means not that much to me. If I win it, and that's a BIG IF, that's ok too.
