The DC government makes the fed. govt. look good in comparison.

DC also takes the cake in terms of the amount of corruption taking place at all levels.

I have a number of friends and acquaintances who have occasion to interact with the local DC government and they said it is impossible to get paid without a ton of effort. They have to send and resend invoices to get paid. I asked one time what the problem was and was told it was just sheer incompetence. The DC government makes the fed. govt. look good in comparison.

Washington DC is a den of vipers even on the local level.

And not just the government hacks, the people too.

They saw exactly what Marion Berry did on their local TV News.

And what did they do?

Well, they re-elected him, of course.

They'll continue to get the governance they deserve.

I believe it. Out of the 19 different tickets i got, 10 were under the #6, and a few were out.
