			<description><![CDATA[<p>They&#x27;ll probably be just like ND lottery in having only the 5 MUSL operated games:<br /><br />http://www.lottery.nd.gov/games/<br /><br />Very simple to run lottery: no local draws, no scratchers, completely turn-key solution. The vendor/contractor handles everything.<br /><br />Any of the remaining non-lottery states could easily launch such a lottery, without some of the compulsive gambling issues that numbers games and scratch games brings.</p>]]></description>
