What a bummer!! I was there 65-66; 75-81. Have very fond memories. During the 1966 fontier days, some of the bars were open 24 hours a-day. I knew this bartender from The Lamp. I was there about noon and he and his wife walked in the Lamp. He yells at me, come on Bob, we are going to the Mayflower. They should have used an image of the legendary Mayflower Bar . During Frontier Days, that place is a rocking, spent many hours there. Everyone in the state, knows that place.

It would be nice if Wyoming can have their lottery up and running before long. It's been a long wait for those who live at the center of that huge state and cannot afford to drive to neighboring states to play the lottery.

Next stop Alabama Mississippi.

The creature looks a rabbit..(more of a lucky symbol.) The foot just above the y - YO - you..

Just maybe gives you a happy feeling ...that it is all possible.

The yellow color meaning there is no harm in playing. They even underlined it,with the yellow..Just making sure we get it.

It was noted during discussion of the logo that Y.O.L.O. is an acronym for You Only Live Once.

Meet YoLo the Jackalope, the face of the Wyoming Lottery Corporation.

It beat out the bucking horse and other state icons to star as the centerpiece of the lottery logo.

Warehouse Twenty One, a Cheyenne-based marketing firm, designed YoLo and the insignia. The fictitious critter received its name because it is jumping over those four letters in the logo.
