			<description><![CDATA[<p>You know what really ticks me off about the lotteries and taxes? If you think about it. Everyone buying lottery tickets is buying these tickets with money that they already paid taxes on. I.E. Income tax. Then they go and spend a few bucks on the lottery. The jackpot grows. Then someone hits it. Then the flipping government goes and taxes the money that the taxes have already been paid on. Does anyone else here not see the problem with this</p>]]></description>

Probably more like convincing the retailers to call them if a winner wants to cash their tickets with no questions asked.
