With the drought we have seen coyotes,racoons, and now roadrunners around the city . Now that we have had some rain there are still roadrunners up and down the street.

I have roadrunners in my front yard all the time. They are eating apples and anything else they can find to eat

The New Mexico Lottery unveiled a new, streamlined logo today, saying it's necessary to be recognizable on social media.

Our new logo keeps the iconic roadrunner because the bird is so important to the image of both the state and the lottery, said New Mexico Lottery CEO David Barden.

In the new interpretation, the roadrunner logo has been fine-tuned for digital media, an environment that didn't exist when the lottery was created 18 years ago.
