They need to consider new options, since their current lottery program isn't hitting on much. They should improve their website also.

now there's an idea, letting people use a smartphone app to buy tickets.

And if online gambling can bring in more revenue for any state then hey I say go for it.

To help combat out-of-state competition, the West Virginia Lottery is considering introducing online gaming options, including smartphone applications that would allow players to purchase Powerball and Mega Millions tickets on their phone.
