Personally, I wouldn't care if they were legalized, but the operators know bloody well that the machines are illegal. So I'm not terribly sympathetic with them.

It's like someone speeding in their car, they know it's illegal and that they might get in trouble, but they do it anyway. So if they get caught, hey, sucks to be them! Better luck next time
