If Missouri startes taking away from the prize part then they can prolly expect less to give to kids. Your true hard big players wont be playing as much...so therefore less to give.

Gov Nixon probably took a long and hard look at the books an decided to clean house. Hope it works Governor.Your citizens, especially the education sector deserves more.Its all about the KIDS.

Gov. Jay Nixon replaced most of the members of the Missouri Lottery Commission on Thursday as he released a report recommending the agency review its policies on prizes and advertising in a quest to route more money to education.

The shake-up in oversight at the Missouri Lottery comes after it posted record sales during the past budget year yet transferred less money to education than it had in the previous year.
