I say it is none of the lotteries business. If I want to sell my ticket to Patel at a discount then so be it.

If they are worried about the dead beats who are skipping taxes/child support etc...then let those agencies

do their jobs or lack there of.

IMO the lottery money doesn't go where it should go in NJ. (property tax relief would be a start) But

instead when an education system fails lets just throw more $$$ at it. That'll help.

What about Tennessee? No prize winners never come forward,,,Tennessee Cash,all those Million dollar winners,,you never see who win all this money they claim to be paying out...you cant win on scratch offs or pick 3 and 4....it's a losing battle.

Well...well...well....what a nice scam they've got going. It's bad enough the lottery itself is hardly ever giving payouts but with this crap going on I'm not only fighting the lottery system but these cheaters as well taking up all the winning tickets for themselve.

Some people seem to have all the luck. And in New Jersey, some of the luckiest people are retailers who sell lottery tickets.

Or so it appears from the New Jersey Lottery's list of winners.

An Asbury Park Press review of Lottery claims submitted since 2009 found that half of the 20 most frequent prizewinners are either licensed lottery retailers or family members of store operators.
