In addition to their usual games, they could have an annual El Nino every January. It would be fun and more importantly, raise additional revenue for the state.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>What I wish would be included in the articles is the odds of winning that top prize. It gives a reader some perspective.<br /><br />I dug up some info. 100,000 tickets are printed at 200 each (each ticket can be sold as 10 decimas). Most players choose to buy single decimas so they pay 20.<br /><br />I think the PA Millionaire raffle is better when comparing top prizes odds.</p>]]></description>
