True enough. My point was they made it harder to win just like Powerball and Mega Millions did. When stationed in Deutschland I won DM15, they mailed the check to me and took out taxes. Germans tax the heck out of the people. I understand that if you win overseas, the IRS will tax you on it. Not sure if it is true or not; however was told if you win get a local to cash it for you. Sort of like what happens here with folks cashing in others winning ticket to avoid child support or what have you.

no one forces you to play and least you still pay no taxes nore are you forced to go public

Sounds like they came across the pond to the good old U. S. of A and said let's ruin our lottery by making it harder to win.

Harder to win, but guaranteed millionaires

Lotto players in the United Kingdom will have to select their winning numbers from a pool of 59 rather than 49 under sweeping changes to the game taking effect later this year.

The UK National Lottery operator, Camelot, said the enhancements would give players a better chance of winning and becoming a millionaire.
