From what I understand, if you plug an old school Nintendo controller into a secret port of a lottery terminal and you enter up, up, down, down, left, right, left right, B, A that a code will be generated and will give winning numbers.

I was pointing out that you can't comprehend the last sentence which clearly states that he wasn't a lottery official, and never has been.

Middletown Connecticut... Nice town! The Connecticut River runs along Route 9 and is gorgeous.

I've been through there many many times. One night I'll never forget because my son's Jeep broke down in Middletown and I had to go get him. The cop was a very nice guy and a huge help that night too.

But even though the Middletown cops are nice guys, they're also very serious guys. Take my advice and don't drink and drive in Middletown (nor anywhere else for that matter) even if ya do know what... [ More ]

mypiemaster, this was on a weekend afternoon though.

Regardless, four alcoholic drinks within 3 or so hours would put most folks 'strongly under the influence of alcohol,' nothing to do with lightweightedness!

Why doesn't the article mention why this poor judgement and unlucky man was ALSO charged with narcotics possession? Do any of our lotterypost.com members know this part of his saga
