everyone in the western world knows it should be woosley who should be canned. the aforementioned hillary clinton bodyguard never should have been appointed in the first place. a patronage job like no other in history he got cause he knew someone. no experience at all in this field. he cannot manage, appoint, delegate a tyson chicken to lay an egg, like he has done with the arkansas lottery. he's had his 2 or 3 year run. time to put a competent lottery director in.

Maybe the Powers that be do Not think his worth a salary of $140k.

This part .. dissolved the Lottery Commission and folded the lottery into the state Department of Finance and Administration. ..

..that is a recipe for Disaster.

The LC should be a Standalone Entity. When you fold that agency into the Dept of finance admin . who knows how the Lottery proceeds are going to be dispersed

How can a Director of Lottery Sales in a big/still highly profitable organization only be paid a $98,187.23 salary a year after 9 years holding the position (weren't there any annual raises or cost of living increases)? [That's how much some staff/20-year engineers get paid!]

Shouldn't the annual income for this high unrelated vast skills, high stress, and all consuming position be closer to a $140K salary a year? Odd.

I checked Arkansas Lottery Website they have better scratch games than Oklahoma(OKLC should be fired as well) and they have a state rolling jackpot game which Oklahoma does not have.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery's director of sales was given a choice Monday resignation or termination.

Lottery Director Bishop Woosley confirmed Monday that Robert Stebbins, who has been with the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery as the group's director of sales since its start, is no longer working for the program.

Woosley said early Monday night that Stebbins was told he'd be fired if he didn't quit, but Woosley said he doesn't know which option Stebbins will take.
