			<description><![CDATA[<p>It appears that there was only one State that experienced a major crime and that was Iowa. Of course all the petty crimes do not make it into the news . Small crimes such as forgery. Then there is the court cases and litigation over ownership.<br /><br />I am happy that Todd led off today&#x27;s Lottery stories with happiness and surprise video from Colorado.</p>]]></description>
