It appears that there was only one State that experienced a major crime and that was Iowa. Of course all the petty crimes do not make it into the news . Small crimes such as forgery. Then there is the court cases and litigation over ownership.

I am happy that Todd led off today's Lottery stories with happiness and surprise video from Colorado.

For just the second time in its history, the Virginia Lottery has delivered more than a half-billion dollars to Virginia's K-12 public schools in a single fiscal year. The Lottery announced today that profits for the 2015 fiscal year totaled nearly $534 million.
