Second sentence makes perfect sense to me. Bought five $30 Supreme Millions while visiting home a month ago. Not one thin dime in return. Took them back to KY, waited for the second chance drawing. The second part says 'This is a computer in Massachusetts' and you check it. Since it wasn't, couldn't enter! California did the same several years ago stating only open to California residents.

Scratch that. They are only paying it thru september. Looks like the money is back in the general slush fund instead of the schools again.

Yes, it is going to cms drivers ed and that of the rest of the state. Pat is trying to make some changes but politics can ut a stop to it. He has to operate in the boundaries set by those who came before him.

One think I have noticed about the Across the pond lotteries, they will actually ENSURE that prizes get awarded to the winners. Todd posted an article not long ago where the winner was tacked down (via a players card) and awarded the prize before it expired. In my eyes, this is lottery honesty at it's best and that in itself would earn my trust to play.

If it is going to CMS (Drivers Ed. here is part of it), I am ok with that. It is when the dollars become part of Gov. McCory's general piggy-bank fund, THAT is when I have a big time problem

North Carolina should look at the British Lottery, they run the most successful lottery in the world, raising billions of pounds for the UK.

The British Lottery have a very popular online subscription service.

Winners have the option of remaining anonymous and the lottery offers financial advice to winners.

If North Carolina adopted a British-style lottery, it would have the most successful lottery in the US.

I would like to see some of that money to go to fixing these sorry roads here in N.C. I have often heard that Virginia lottery proceeds go toward their roads and Highways and you can tell the difference in smoother roads leaving N.C. and entering VA.

I live in NC and tell you this is about the WORST lottery I have ever seen, misappropriation of educations funds is rampant and they always want more, more, more.

--- More ads would generate about $155 million more in lottery sales, according to the lottery and Senate plans, and would return $31.5 million more to education efforts.

They never figure out that if you have more winners you will sell more scratch off tickets when you buy a $20 ticket not even get a dollar back that sucks they want it All GREED I have better luck buying scratch off tickets in Georgia
