			<description><![CDATA[<p>Second sentence makes perfect sense to me. Bought five $30 Supreme Millions while visiting home a month ago. Not one thin dime in return. Took them back to KY, waited for the second chance drawing. The second part says &#x27;This is a computer in Massachusetts&#x27; and you check it. Since it wasn&#x27;t, couldn&#x27;t enter! 			<description><![CDATA[<p>One think I have noticed about the Across the pond lotteries, they will actually ENSURE that prizes get awarded to the winners. Todd posted an article not long ago where the winner was tacked down (via a players card) and awarded the prize before it expired. I have often heard that Virginia lottery proceeds go toward their roads and Highways and you can tell the difference in smoother roads leaving N.C. and entering VA.</p>]]></description>
