I agree. I never play NC scratch offs. I used to--and rarely won ANY of my money back! According to the NCEL website, someone's already claimed the $10 MILLION top prize on the $30 scratch off. That means there will NOT be another $10 MILLION dollar winner for another few months. I'm glad that I haven't wasted any of my money on that ticket!

Too many losers and NOT enough winners in NC

They need more space so they an figure out more ways to get even MORE $$ from the NC players pockets and not in a Necessarily honest way.

Doubled business in less than 10 years?, they are doing something right as their profits have been on the upside every year over year. States are getting just downright greedy with lotteries everyday to fuel their need/want to get more ca$h from your pockets. Executives of the North Carolina Education Lottery have initiated a search for new office space that's more than double the size of the lottery's headquarters on Yonkers Road in Raleigh.
