the minor prizes are too low. the top prize is too low. forcing 3 quick pik numbers on you takes away from the spirit of the lottery which should allow you to pick your own numbers if you so choose. all texas lottery players should flee before they are fleeced playing this game.

Agreed. Massachusetts offers subscription over the phone or in person for its Megabucks game. I believe the stupid, archaic federal law circa 1961 forbids the purchase of the likes of Mega Millions, Powerball, Lucky for Life because they are multistate. Again, I bought all mine on Cape Cod in July and so far won $12 on Lucky for Life, check came yesterday

What I don't like is that they force you to play 2 sets of Qick Picks for every line of numbers you choose. For that reason, I'll be giving this game a pass.

If I wanted to play QPs, I would ask for QPs. Are they aftraid that self-picks will win too much

The prizes are a little low for getting 5 of 7 or 6 of 7. It look like the best feature of this game is you pick 7 number but they pull 10 number , this is the up side of this game.

Like all of the primary Texas Lottery drawings, Texas Triple Play drawings will be conducted using a traditional lotto ball machine. The public can easily watch the drawings, since the draw studio with its walls made of glass is visible from the street.

I like this a lot. I wish California, (1) would use mechanical balls, and (2) allow the public to see the draws from the street.

Similar that there are three lines on a ticket, but very different in that with this new game it's just three separate plays -- you can't match numbers from different lines to form prizes.

It sounds similar to a 6/39 game KY had called Three Line Lotto with a rolling jackpot starting at $100,000. Players could pick 6 numbers or get a QP and got another two 6 number lines of QPs. They won the jackpot if any of the lines matched 6 numbers, prizes for matching 3 to 5 numbers on one line, prizes for matching combined 5 or more numbers on all three lines.

The game was replaced by 5 Card Cash in 2012.

i don't think so. you get a couple of bonus numbers twice when you overpay the 2.00 for this really bad payout game. why you can get 100,000.00 for 1.00 in most states cash 5 game (except texas) for picking 5 out of 35 numbers. which would you play? texans really are getting shafted in most of their games they offer. this new game offers a few more minor prizes to keep people playing, but if i were a lottery player in texas i'd move.

It is the Texas Lottery's first all-new draw game since All or Nothing was launched on Sept. 9, 2012.

The new game is played like a traditional lotto-style game, in which players choose seven numbers between 1 and 55.
