KY lottery just sent me this very long indepth on how their RNG operates. I may never be a fan of RNG; however they have quite a few safeguards put in place. wish I knew how to forward it to LP.

Thank you very much for that information Todd. I will go over to Connecticut to play their lottery game. Seem like too many states' lottery games are computerized and trust me there be some glitches going on too.

Good idea. Don't know about Foxwoods, but there are two stores @ Mohegan Sun that sell CT lottery tickets. Occasionally I'll post this on Las Vegas websites that their casinos should do the same. RI has a machine on the second floor of Twin River. Plainridge in Mass. has one, but it is in an obscure location. It's Poker themed and they sell Ct lottery at the Ct casinos so why not have a real dealer at a real table flip the cards. I think it would help promote the game.

Bleudog101 just @ the Pilot gas station trash can diving for non-winning scratchers. Someone tossed out a $100 winner! I take the tickets home and when the Kentucky Lottery opens up for the Ultimate Second Chance drawing have quite a pile to enter into the computer.

Lottery Post includes the drawing type for every game on the Game Information page! Here is the Game Information page for Kentucky 5 Card Cash.

Connecticut is the only US poker game to use real ball drawings. In Canada, Ontario and Quebec have real ball drawings for their poker games.

The US states with poker-themed games like 5 Card Cash are:

Arizona - Computerized Connecticut - Real lottery ball drawings Indiana - Computerized Kentucky - Computerized Maryland - Computerized Michigan

Does KY use balls for their Five Card Cash game? Somehow I believe it is RNG, but not sure.
