As they were rescued by the Spanish Coast Guard, the money should be confiscated to pay for the rescue.

Great story. I love to read thing like this. A rag to riches story. Congratulation to Ngame his wife on their win. Migrant worker , work long hours , have low pay..etc... This have a very happy ending.

I really like this story. I'm sure others will grumble but I love these types of lottery winners; to have someone going from the pit of despair, desperation and poverty to having something amazing change his life forever? Doesn't get much better than that. Very much like Quang Dao of the Nebraska 8. He too was rescued from a boat after fleeing Vietnam and he too won as part of a group. About 35 African migrants, including at least one rescued at sea from an overcrowded wooden boat, are among the top prize winners of Spain's Christmas lottery, according to the owner of the lottery agency that sold more than 1,000 tickets that shelled out 400,000 euros (US$438,000) each.
