Good for her.

When I worked at the (then) Union Plaza in Vegas along with the regular parlay cards there was one for the Sunday / Monday games where you had to bet all the teams (Against the spread).

The bet was $5 to win $25,000.

An employ had all of Sunday's games right twice. The first time he approached the casino manager and said I work here, I don't have $12.K to bet the other side for Monday night. So they offered him half of the prize-the joint would rather pay half for sure tha... [ More ]

Wow congratulations to Tayla Polio and her boyfriend.

I didn't even know that William Hill the bookmaker from Britain was in Las Vegas too. There are a lot of legit bookies in Britain where people just walk in and put down bets for horses, football matches (called soccer matches here), other sports and anything else that's not sport. If it was me who won that amount of money, I would buy a nice house in Vegas. Can get them cheaper there than in California which seem to be in a long drough... [ More ]

Congratulations Ms Polia. I play enter the NFL Parlay every week in Delaware.

I always fall 1-2 or 3 games short of winning that $100,000.00. usually it on the under/over bet.

Last week, I lost because the Panthers could not hold on to their 14+ lead, or at the least 7 points.

Had a friend of a ex-coworker run into a similar situation. Although his friend made the bet through a bookie and not at a casino.

The bookie was unable to pay the man and ended up skipping town.

One of the biggest long shots in betting history will be cashed on Wednesday afternoon when Tayla Polia gets paid $100,005 for her $5, 15-leg NFL parlay that came through this week.
