Agree. Paypal would love to collect their percentage on a players lottery winnings. I don't know why

someone would be so foolish and use that as a way to collect lottery winnings. People get angry when

someone has their winnings stolen by a friend, family member or scam artist. Why have PayPal help

them do it and charge you more on top? They are not secure. It's been laden with problems, outrageous

From our experience with PayPal, it's not secure!

Someone scammed us using PayPal AND PayPal would not reveal the identity of the person that hacked the account. To protect THEIR privacy

I still play KY Cashball, MM, and Powerball and play MM and PB when I cross the Ohio River to nearby IN, or if traveling to OH, get tickets in that ANONYMOUS winner state.

I've crossed state lines to play games not available in my state. When I lived in Ohio I played Quinto in PA before the Ohio Lottery got a Pick-5. Even though MM and PB are the same game, tickets can be only cashed in the state they were purchased in so unless I purchase out of state tickets on a whim, I buy MM and PB tick... [ More ]

Because though I live in KY, MA will always be my home state. Megabucks Doubler is strictly a Massachusetts lottery hence that is why you can buy those subscriptions over the phone.

It's free to pay someone or for something using your PayPal account or debit card. However, they charge 2.9% plus 30 cents per transaction when you get paid or receive funds into your account.

Soon enough my subscriptions to Mega Millions, L4L and Megabucks Doubler will expire in August. So far only Megabucks Doubler has done anything, but there's always the next drawing. I may take a year off from their subscription service, we'll see.

I appreciate any all tips and was going to follow play but it's only been 72 draws not 732.

FP13 pulled in Michigan on 3/11/16 as 132. Maybe that was a different state.

But here's a really past due straight...572. Last show as a straight on 2/12/2002. 14 long years

FP = Front Pair 13

Skipped 732 draws. Other words, the pair is at the maximum skip and has not been drawn in over 2 years, math avg skip is 100 draws.

The Michigan Lottery is teaming with PayPal to offer players a new way to fund their online accounts.

Starting Monday, the lottery says players may use PayPal to fund accounts to play online games. To make a deposit into their lottery account, players must have a balance in their PayPal account or the account must be linked to a financial institution account.
