			<description><![CDATA[<p>Once again I consider my home state of Massachusetts more progressive from where I live now--Kentucky.<br /><br />Never did I hear about our on-line lottery sales until about 3 weeks ago when it showed up on KLC&#x27;s website and some TV ads. I love it. My rescue dog Clarabelle doesn&#x27;t=less rides in the car for her!<br /><br />I won $20 last week and spend about $6-10/week on it. Big danger is it is too easy click and buy so one has to exercise control and not go crazy.</p>]]></description>
