Another 'White Collar Criminal'. IMO they're the worst of the worse. Many appear to me as narcissistic and unapologetic when caught. There are too many trackers used these days, yet the mentality is 'I can get away with it.' Greed is usually the thing that gets them on the radar screen.

Not that i believe in psychics, but there have been many psychics that have won. Claiming that someone won for being a psychic discredits the lottery and people might take it to another realm.

Wow if true, I wonder if this lawsuit will will reward all lottery players that were affected , if you're one of those nuisance who don't use logic and question everything. They should shut down the lottery; if not, increase the chances of winning till they reward a certain amount ruled by the court. If not boycott them,since no one knows who else got a piece of it. In my experience, people who steal company secrets right before going to work for said company's rival do so with the full blessing of the new employer...assuming no one gets caught.

This guy wouldn't have had any reason to download their secrets to land the new job, he'd already been hired or at least had an offer extended to him. Putting himself in jeopardy when he had a new job lined up just doesn't make sense, unless...something else was going on.

Brian Keith CASH has probably signed documents at his former employer which prohibits him from stealing information and using it in future companies. This is a common practice to protect information.
