			<description><![CDATA[<p>5 Card Cash, a combination instant-win/evening-draw game<br /><br />Seems like it was the instant win part that was being shown by the computer system on that view, not the future drawing (unless they had a time machine). I guess the appeal of the game was you could win now and/or win later too.</p>]]></description>

Nobody created any phony tickets, nobody manipulated the results, and nobody made any lottery equipment do anything it wasn&#x27;t programmed to do. All that happened was some people canceled tickets because the lottery was stupid enough to tell them the tickets were losers before completing the sale.</p>]]></description>
