A seven year old with great teachings from her parents that will forever be a part of her life. Great article and a wonderful message Phoebe will pass on (Phoebe said her parents also taught her to be thoughtful and kind to others) . People throw winning scratchers away all the time. It's so funny. Some people just scratch it look at it and throw it away without even caring or understanding if they won or not. That's a nice thought for a little girl to have. Maybe Mom should carry some extra hand sanitizer with her as well..lol. I used to be like that, until people didn't stop bothering me. She'll grow up to be a good person.
