I use thelotter regularly and this site has ads for them and is using their affiliate program.

They had a customer who won $6M in December 2015 who was from Irag. If I remember correctly the Oregon Lottery comission (where the Iragqi won) confirmed that it was paid out to an Iragi citizen. You can google for the reports arounf that.

I have received some smaller winnings where withdrawing them was somewhat pointless.

In the summer of 2015 i became friends with 2 girls who had just moved here from spain. After hanging out a few times the lottery came up. In 2014 one of the girls actually won the el gordo. She and her family members won about 30k each. I was very excited to be friends with someone who has won a lottery. Gives me confidence that real people do winand hopefully one day i will be one of those real people

Less than two weeks before Christmas, the line to buy a ticket for Spain's biggest lottery at Do a Manolita, which some consider the country's luckiest ticket vendor, was roughly 100 people long on a chilly Tuesday evening.

Considering the frenzy that builds as the holiday nears, it was a short wait. Would-be players will stand for up to three hours in a line that snakes along back streets and past storefronts, crowding the capital city's holiday-festooned pathways for a chance to win the mor... [ More ]
