			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think the voters need to elect people who will let the voters decide if they want a lottery or not. For a group of legislators to be so arrogant as to not do that is wrong. The casino owners probably contribute to politicians and don&#x27;t want a lottery for fear of losing money. A lot of people who would play the lottery can&#x27;t afford to go to casinos and they also are not big donors to politicians. The one thing they do have is a vote.</p>]]></description>
