			<description><![CDATA[<p>You can purchase a year&#x27;s worth of tickets at once for four of Massachusetts&#x27; slow lotteries, where there is often no jackpot winner for months at a time. I live out of state and I purchased a 6-month season ticket/subscription to Megabucks Doubler over the phone.
