People are buying Superlotto. It's just that no one is winning it. It was up to $72 million before someone finally won it. That was 8 months without a winner.

I guess too many people buy PB or MM instead of SuperLotto+.

Personally if I had a state game with odds like SuperLotto I would focus on that and only buy PB/MM in case of big jackpots.

In Calif, they have 2 state lottery drawings a week and it goes up a million each time. Still, last year we went without a winner for 8 months and the year before no winner for 6 months. The odds are better than PB or MM but people are not winning. It's a big state so a lot of tickets are sold, too. So, even tho I tell myself I shd stick to the better odds of the state lottery, I'm not convinced. I'm of the mindset that the better practice is to have one ticket in all drawings, i.e., PB/MM/State... [ More ]

If you lived in Michigan you would know that it took 8 months to get up that high. It wont hit $6Mil until June so we have a 4 month wait before it starts to take off again.

Too many games/too long to roll the Jackpots.

I hope the PB winner fully realizes what they beat.

If I lived in Michigan I would forgo the 2 big national games until the JP hit half a billion dollars, and stick to playing the state 6/47 game. You guys had a nice JP going there of over $25 million until somebody hit it a week ago.

I know. That was all on the old matrix/odds though. Since the odds were changed we have not had a Jackpot winner in Michigan.

Also, in the over three years since Mega Millions changed their matrix/odds we have had only one Jackpot winner in Michigan. Three Years!!!

Going over Three Years with only one Jackpot winner is a record for Michigan. I can only imagine how the smaller states feel.

Come on, the odds are too high.

Think, When I think of past Michigan winners I think of Julie Leach and Donald Larson. Search for them here on Lottery Post. Donald won his in Lapeer, Michigan. They were both single winners, no sharing with other winners. Keep on playing

I think it rolled more than 18 times in Texas. 1.6 BILLION had 21 rolls so what happen sales too low.

Edit: Indiana appears to lack winning mega millions as well.

One ticket sold in the Hoosier State won Wednesday's $435.3 million Powerball lottery jackpot, which had been accumulating for 18 consecutive draws without a winner.

The winning ticket was purchased at the Super Test at 1609 Sagamore Parkway South, in Lafayette. Lafayette is about 60 miles northwest of Indianapolis.

The cash value lump sum is $263.4 million.
