			<description><![CDATA[<p>Lottery players that never cashed tickets valued over $600 probably don&#x27;t have a clue how the process works, but that doesn&#x27;t stop them from giving false information. Rules vary from state to state, but all of them have some type of rule saying something like by signing the back of the ticket players are bound by lottery rules .
