I am thinking every state checks for outstanding taxes, child support etc., after finding many on government assistance continued to collect AFTER winning a lottery.

The $100,000 winner the 10 $1,000 winners must make an appearance before the Lottery office.. where they will put your name into the computer bank to find out whether you owe back child support, back taxes or if there are outstanding warrants for your arrest. Our tax dollars at work.

(One month after St. Patrick's Day)

Idaho Lottery officials on Wednesday announced the winning ticket numbers for the St. Patrick's Day Raffle, including the $100,000 top prize.

The raffle, which sold out its 50,000 available tickets in just 22 days, features a total of more than 6,800 winning ticket numbers, the most ever awarded by any of the Lottery's raffle games, officials said.

The winning number for the $100,000 prize was 028325.
