My ticket seller was right! I bought some PB tickets and he said that my change was $13.13 and it was a lucky sign. PB number was 13 and I had two lines with a 13 PB making me $6 richer.

I keep mine in a ratty old letter size envelope on my coffee table. After a draw or the next morning, I check my state website which will name the places where winning tickets were sold in the state. If I dont see mine, I know I'm not a jillionaire - sob. Lately after a draw, I've started checking the power/mega ball since those are the only numbers I get these days.

That Music is exactly what l said the other week. I would Keep my winning ticket/ tickets in a book on the shelf, but folks laughed at me. One place, one book. As l said back then, thieves do not break in to steal books. I continue to believe

I do the exact same thing I have always kept them In 1 spot right where I know they are, check them the morning after draw, put them In a box right next to me when that spot Is full of old Lotto Ticket's I check them again then put them In a bag and on the other shelf. I have always kept my non winning tickets so when I WIN I can take them off my taxes!

I don't want to ever miss a Winning Lottery Ticket! I'll gladly take the $3.5Mill missing lottery ticket and share

I hate to say it but maybe the winner passed away after buying the ticket. I can't imagine someone not checking the numbers when the drawing is just a few days away.

Groppo, You keep your baggies with the tickets in one of a few places?

I keep my tickets in one place. I think about them once in awhile and say to myself, No one has bothered them. Why would anyone bother them on the night of my win? No one knows that I have winning tickets

Missouri borders a lot of states, could have been someone passing through.

The OP mentions Perryville, an interstate runs right next to it. There's a convenience store / gas station and Mc Donald's and that store sells one heck of a lot of tickets.

Also, Perryville got hit by a tornado recently.

That is a tragedy. I don't know how I'd react. I'm sure I'd go nuts too.

So, I keep any tickets I purchase, in one of those vynyl envelopes they give out,

if the clerk has them. Since I've had mine for many many months, it's been tattered, and tickets will fall out, if I'm not careful.

So, what I do now, is put that vynyl envelope with my all my tickets in a

gallon-sized ziplock baggy, and I keep my baggies in one of a few places.

Some players have the thought, No one is going to win especially me so they do not care for their ticket.

Then there are the accidents of losing the ticket. It may get mixed up with the other trash that gets thrown out.

Missouri Lottery players: check your pockets, your car, your drawers, and track down all your old lottery tickets. You could be a millionaire and not even know it!

A $3.5 million Lotto ticket was sold at the Fuel Mart on Highway 19 in the Missouri River town of Hermann on November 12 and has still not been claimed. Because Missouri Lottery winners have 180 days to claim their prize, the winning ticket expires May 11.
