			<description><![CDATA[<p>Although I live in Georgia, I&#x27;m from Oklahoma and I do not and will not play the lottery when I go home. They did away with the cash 4 and with the cash 3 you have to spent $2.00 to play 1 number if you want to box it. In Oklahoma you cannot play a cash 3 for $1.00 straight/box. You have to play it for $1 straight and to box it you have to play it $1 box.</p>]]></description>
