You know, as long as it increases the venue right here in the USA, however they want to set it up, and how they want to spend the income from tickets is fine with me.

Better than someone from over there (across the pond) logging in and getting lucky with what I feel should be a USA only game.

We have them here in Philadelphia. It depends. Honestly sometimes the vending machines suck. No not the money but you have to keep pushing a certain button to have it function.

Ol Sam: Vetoed the bill, but Brownback signed into law the largest income tax cut in Kansas' history, eliminating state income taxes for business profits realized as non-wage income. Polls taken in September 2016 gave Brownback an approval rating of 23%,the lowest rating of all 50 governors in the United States. Your ability to buy lottery tickets from vending machines in Kansas may depend on how many lawmakers show up for the ceremonial last day of the session Monday.

A bill allowing the Kansas Lottery to use vending machines to sell tickets was vetoed by Gov. Sam Brownback last week.

The Legislature approved House Bill 2313 earlier this month with margins far greater than the two-thirds needed to override the veto. The House passed the bill 98-19; the Senate passed it 34-4.
