Are all these Keno type games run by a single entity or does each state control their own drawings?

There are few states that have these games.

How long until Pennsylvania starts this game

We had exactly this kind of stupid in-store tv-game called Lotto Express about 20 years ago in Sweden, it lasted a few years and then it got cancelled due to lack of players. They drew lotto numbers every five minutes.

This is the ONLY exception to having an RNG game. There is no other way to do this. In KY it used to be every 5' and now every 4'; I would think once it picks up steam in NJ which it will, they'll go to 4' drawings too.

The New Jersey Lottery today launched the fast-paced Quick Draw game in 400 locations across the state.

Quick Draw, a keno-style game, offers a type of lottery play new to the state, in which winning numbers are electronically drawn and then displayed on a television screen that is installed in retail locations where tickets are sold. Drawings are held every five minutes.
