In California, someone won the second prize but it was only $550k. Normally, it would have been less than a $100k. So, lots of tickets being sold. But with the jp back down to $15 mil, the second prize will go back to being a pittance, too.

Last year, after someone won the $500 plus million dollar MM jackpot, it was won again 2 draws later. That winner took home $25 million. Then on the next draw, 2 people split a $15 million dollar jackpot. So. in July 2016 there were 3 jackpots.

Goes to show the Powerball $2 base price, despite all the negatives, does help grow jackpots quicker than MM. Rollovers are growing slower than they used to, regardless. Be interesting to see how MM doubled to $2 does. A risk, though albeit small, after the matrix change, is MM is frequently hit at or near the base jackpot amount causing losses. Though, again, highly unlikely. But it would serve the lottery consortium right for giving players even less hope of winning anything.

Anyway Buffalo Gold was just that...$20 in $800 out. Stopped to play Hoosier Lotto, Megamillions with Megaplier and Powerball with Powerplay. Indiana still holds the record for most PB jackpot wins out of all the states, including VI, PR and Trumpland DC.

I'm surprised they haven't raised the estimate to $400 million annuity to hype the game more. Some may be thinking there's direct financial risk in overstating the jackpot, but from all indications there isn't...

Here's what's going to be the problem this weekend. As everyone knows which goes off which night. The average person who was not familiar with this website but goes on and he State Lottery site won't be familiar with which one confusion.

That is one problem and the way the media is. People aren't informed correctly about hot win these games.
